Pre-Manufacturing Services
• Design package development from concept : Bring
in your concept and we will design the necessary circuit board ,
hardware and software to materialize it. Our team of design
engineers has developed a variety of very successful electronic
devices and systems which are currently being mass produced.
• Schematics and Layout Design : The design
services include schematic design and component selection , test
strategy and development , program development for logic devices ,
schematic capture and prototype development and proof of concept.
• Proof of Concept : Fast prototyping services
facilitate early verification of concept.
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) : Whether
we perform the design or not , consultation is provided in the DFM
studies at the pre-manufacturing stage to ensure that the product is
designed to optimise its manufacturability to increase reliability
and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Design for Interconnection and Packaging :
Our engineers will share with you the wealth of experience and
expertise developed at Circuit Center to select the most suitable
interconnection and packaging decisions.
• Design for Test (DFT) : DFT is a crucial

Manufacturing Services
• Materials management and component purchasing
: The material management operation at Circuit
Center involves sourcing of components from approved vendors
worldwide. Our office in Guangzhou in China carefully monitors the
quality of material purchased from the far east and gives our
customers the advantage of world wide sourcing for parts and PCB's.
• Rigid and Flex assembly : Both rigid and flexible
boards are routinely assembled . Propriety techniques for automatic
assembly of flex circuit boards have been developed by our R&D team
of engineers which has greatly benefited our clients.
• Complete range of component assembly
: Surface mount technology involves screen printing of
solder paste and adhesive , high accurate component placement , and
carefully controlled reflow conditions. Our capabilities in these
areas are truly exceptional. All our machines have the most advanced
Vision Recognition Technology to achieve the level of accuracy
required of the most advanced applications. Boards of up to 510 by
508 mm are printed to an accuracy of +/- 25 microns. The full
spectrum of components ranging from large area array components (
BGA's , CCGA's,high density ball grid array surface mount
connectors..) to 0402 and 0201 chips are routinely processed.
• Lead Free Processing :
Since January 2006 Circuit Center became ROHS compliant. Currently
75% of production is ROHS compliant and the rest is leaded
processing.
Circuit Center has also been involved in various investigations
in the processes , materials , and reliability of lead free

• Conformal Coating : UV-cured and air cured
conformal coating are applied with automatic , robotic coating
equipment with precision and repeatable results.

of test engineers will provide the necessary consultation for

Post- Manufacturing Services
Reliable post-manufacturing services are essential for keeping
our customers assured and satisfied that Circuit Center is very well
equipped to provide repair , refurbishment and product upgrade
services. Such services include removal , re-balling and replacement
of BGA's and micro BGA's , removal and repair of high pin count PTH
and SMT connectors , replacement of press fit connectors etc

Prototyping Services
We understand how critical it is to provide fast, accurate, and
quality prototypes so as to reduce the time to market time.
Irrespective of the complexity of the assemblies we
provide
24 hour 3 day
1 week and 2 week
turn
around times for prototype manufacturing. Providing a fast prototype
build of an assembly with over 2000 parts is a routine operation in
Circuit Centre.
